Information System
We have developed and implemented an efficient IT-system and several technological instruments. Firstly a modern computer network to which a CAD-CAM system is connected for planning and development of piece-fastening devices and for execution of machine programs. In our production plant we have installed several work stations equipped with optical pens for production management and data collection with centralized processing of statistic papers and histograms.
Moreover an automatic tool presetting connected to our computer network allows accurate and reliable measurement of the various machine tools. Finally a shrink- fit system reduces considerably wear of the tools, while increasing their performance.
