We feel the client has to be supported through all of the steps of their project, therefore we seek to provide 360° assistance to any request. Our task is backing up the customer in the development of new projects, advising manufacturing processes and suitable materials.
Prototyping
In our company there is a department dedicated to the production of prototypes, thus allowing us to meet all the needs of the customer and making any necessary changes to the project before starting production in series
Industrialization
After the first two phases, we start production, thanks to a fleet of 20 units between CNC machines and turning machines. The mission of the company is the constant development of new technologies toghether with the attention to the quality of the product, which means constant updating of the machine park.
Production management
Our company is equipped with the integrated system for quality and production control of Tesar SICOP and MOTIS: all the machines are networked to 2 control terminals inside the industrial premises. First, they control the production, by carrying out its daily analysis, pointing out any machine pause, etc. Second, they check the quality by means of control instruments in serial connection, micrometers, calibres, altimeter comparators as well as data analysis, X-R control cards capability, certificates of compliance, etc.
Heat and surface treatments
Together with our partners we can supply products with heat treatments (annealing, hardening, etc.), galvanic (browning, gilding, chromium plating, anodizing, etc.), with welding or small assembly.
Turning and Milling
Workings
Our main workings are turning and milling.
This kind of manufacturing made us acquire high professionalism for complex working on materials such as: AISI 316L, TITANIUM, several alloy steel sorts (39NiCrMo3, 18NiCrMo5, 41CrAlMo7) and aluminium alloys (2011, 6082, 7075, ERGALL) besides normal steel, i.e. the so called automatic steel (AVP PR 80 AVZ).
We are able to manage small and medium lots, reaching up to 10-15 thousand units when producing high- precision small parts.
The MILLING
The department is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC milling centers with up to 11 controlled axes that allow high-precision machining.
The TURNING
The department is equipped with computer numerical control (CNC) turning centers both fixed-headed and moving- headed of the most advanced technology, with a bar passage up to 36 mm.

MECCANICA MARCATO Srl was founded in 1996 and since then has been offering precision machining, with constant attention to technological development and quality research. Our office is in Camposampiero (Padua), on an area of 1200 square meters, which daily employs over 20 people in the administrative, planning and production sectors.
Our customers are mainly companies in the medical, cycles/motorcycles, furniture, luxury and watchmaking sectors. A new challenge is represented by the fashion sector, which sees us engaged with important international references.
